Please fill out the online form on this page for Technical Support or to request a Service or Warranty Request:

1. Select the type of support you need.

2. Provide your name and contact details.

3. For Warranty Requests provide the address and other installation details, fill in the product name (eg. 270L Heat Pump) and if your device shows an error code, please enter it in the “Product Error Code” field. Then upload requested documents. 

4. Provide a description of the problem you are experiencing and submit your form.

5. We will get back to you as soon as possible during business hours.

Documents Required for Warranty Requests:

a) A digital copy of the Purchase invoice/Installation invoice for your Quantum Energy Heat Pump. This is needed for any warranty work. A photo or PDF is fine.

b) A photo of the ID plate on your heat pump showing the model number, serial number and date of manufacture.

c) Photos of the installed heat pump showing all connecting pipework and all connected valves. Please make these photos as clear as possible.
